Description

You will manage the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow Security Operations modules to enhance vulnerability and security incident response capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Gather business, functional, and non-functional requirements from business units and IT staff.
• Configure Security Incident Response integrations with Sentinel, SolarWinds, CISCO, and Microsoft products.
• Implement Configuration Compliance by configuring Tenable integrations, exception management workflows, and risk calculators.
• Develop technical design documents and Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM).
• Create test scripts, lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and perform quality control checks before releases.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow implementation.
• 8+ years of experience working on agile projects.
• 8+ years of experience in the general IT SDLC process.
• 8+ years of experience extracting business and functional requirements.
• 8+ years of experience in test case planning, QA, and QC reviews.
• 8+ years of experience creating written communications and training for business users.
• 2+ years of direct implementation experience with the ServiceNow Security Operations module.
• Extensive knowledge of Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and related configurations.
• Experience with third-party integrations using REST and orchestration.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certification.
