Description

You will own the development, configuration, administration, and technical support of the ServiceNow Security Operations implementation.

Responsibilities

• Build enhancements for STO vulnerability response and implement Configuration Compliance with minimal customization.
• Integrate ServiceNow with Tenable, Sentinel, SolarWinds, Cisco, and Microsoft products.
• Configure Security Incident Response features including event management, alert rules, escalation paths, risk calculators, SLAs, and automated runbooks.
• Develop scripts, workflows, and flows to automate tasks and manage integrations via REST and orchestration.
• Configure Performance Analytics including indicator sources, breakdowns, data collector jobs, reports, and dashboards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with JavaScript, Jelly Scripting, Glide, HTML, XML, and JSON.
• 8+ years of experience designing to requirements and using service-oriented architecture (SOAP, WSDL, REST).
• 3+ years as a Certified Implementation Specialist for ServiceNow Security Operations.
• 3+ years as a Certified ServiceNow System Administrator.
• 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow Operations development and administration.
• Extensive knowledge of Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and its relation to Security Operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of development and administration in ServiceNow ITSM, ITBM, FSM, and Service Catalog.
