Key Skills: ServiceNow, Workflow, System Integration

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow IRM/TPRM solutions.
• Configure Third-Party Risk Management, Vendor Risk Management, Risk Assessments, and Issue Management.
• Develop custom applications, workflows, Flow Designer flows, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and Scheduled Jobs.
• Configure Assessment Designer, questionnaires, risk scoring methodologies, and remediation workflows.
• Build integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
• Integrate external vendor risk platforms such as SecurityScorecard, BitSight, OneTrust, and Archer where required.
• Customize Service Portal/Employee Center experiences for vendor onboarding and assessments.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics indicators.
• Participate in solution design, code reviews, and technical governance.
• Optimize platform performance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Support upgrades, patching, and release management.
• Mentor junior developers and establish development best practices.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, security, procurement, and compliance teams.

Skills Required:

* Employee Center / Service Portal.

* JavaScript and Glide APIs.

* Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, Scheduled Jobs, Notifications, and Email Scripts.

* Transform Maps, Import Sets, and Automated Test Framework (ATF).

* REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, OAuth, JSON/XML, IntegrationHub Spokes, and MID Server.

TPRM Functional Knowledge

* Third-party onboarding and due diligence.

* Risk assessments and vendor questionnaires.

* Inherent and residual risk calculations.

* Risk scoring models.

* Issue and remediation management.

* Exception management and continuous monitoring.

* Vendor offboarding and regulatory compliance.

Experience

* 6-10+ years of ServiceNow development experience.

* 3-5+ years implementing ServiceNow IRM/TPRM solutions.

* Experience with end-to-end TPRM lifecycle implementations.

* Strong experience with integrations and platform customization.

* Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

* ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

* ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).

* ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - IRM (preferred).

* ITIL Foundation Certification.

* Agile/Scrum certification is an advantage.
