You will design and code custom scoped applications, advanced Service Portal widgets, UI Builder components, REST integrations, and automation flows at scale.

Responsibilities

• Design and code custom scoped applications using App Engine Studio and ServiceNow scripting.
• Develop reusable, scalable Service Portal widgets and UI Builder components.
• Implement REST API integrations and build automation using Flow Designer.
• Write complex, performant JavaScript for Internet-facing applications.
• Troubleshoot and optimize code across large-scale applications.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of ServiceNow custom development experience.
• Strong experience with Custom Scoped App development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), AngularJS, and React.
• Experience building Service Portal and UI Builder custom widgets/components.
• Hands-on experience implementing REST API integrations.
• Experience leveraging Flow Designer for automation.
• Solid understanding of design patterns and performance considerations.
• Familiarity with development tools, source control, and debugging in ServiceNow instances.
