Description

You will drive the functional implementation of IT Asset Management capabilities within the ServiceNow platform. You will refine design documentation to align with future state solutions and facilitate process redesign as the liaison between business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for HAM Pro and SAM Pro implementations and assist other asset management workstreams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain the product backlog, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Support the ITAM Functional Lead and Technical Lead on project deliverables.
• Conduct strong qualitative and quantitative analysis to ensure system design alignment.
• Ensure design documentation reflects precise future state solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of ServiceNow Business Analysis experience.
• 7-10 years of experience with ServiceNow ITSM.
• 7-10 years of experience in Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
• 7-10 years of experience in Software Asset Management (SAM).
• Experience with ServiceNow ITOM, including CMDB, Service Mapping, and Discovery.
• Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in system design, system architecture, or business technical architecture.
• US Citizenship or Dual Citizenship required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience defining business system requirements in complex environments.
