Description

You will design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions within enterprise IT environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy ServiceNow components including business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI pages, script includes, and workflows.
• Develop custom catalog items and manage modules such as ITSM, Service Catalog, CMDB, Discovery, Asset Management, PPM, and Knowledge Management.
• Integrate the ServiceNow platform with third-party tools using REST APIs and out-of-the-box connectors.
• Troubleshoot platform issues, optimize performance, and provide production support.
• Align implementations with ITIL best practices, governance, and compliance standards.

Required Skills

• Minimum 8 years of IT experience with a heavy focus on ServiceNow development.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM (CIS-ITSM) certification.
• Deep expertise in Incident, Problem, and Change Management modules.
• Hands-on experience with CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Management.
• Proficiency in technical development using Script Includes, Macros, and Dashboards.
• Experience with REST API integrations and OOB connectors.
• Practical knowledge of cloud environments including AWS or Azure.
• Strong understanding of the ITIL framework.

Preferred Skills

• AWS or Azure certifications.
