Description

You will lead ServiceNow development, customizing the platform to meet business requirements and ensuring system stability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Service Catalog, Flow Designer, Workflows, and Service Portal components.
• Write and optimize client and server-side scripts using JavaScript.
• Design and implement integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Manage Update Sets, Scoped Applications, ACLs, security roles, and the CMDB data model.
• Mentor technical teams and lead platform transformations or large-scale implementations.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Proficiency in Service Portal development with HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and Widgets.
• Deep understanding of reporting, dashboards, and Performance Analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent stakeholder management.
• Experience working independently and managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Implementation Specialist certification in ITSM, CSM, or HRSD.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum (Jira) and ATF (Automated Test Framework).
