Description

Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables.
• Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.

Required Skills

• 5–8 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, Glide Records, UI actions, client scripts, and business rules.
• Experience building workflows using Workflow Editor, Flow Designer, and Workflow Studio.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations, including Web Services, Integration Hub, and REST APIs.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
