Description

You will lead technical development and provide guidance to the team on the ServiceNow platform. You will configure and develop features, implement project requirements, and manage integrations using REST web services.

Responsibilities

• Configure and develop features directly on the ServiceNow platform.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST web services.
• Provide technical assistance and guidance to the development team.
• Implement project requirements according to established schedules and priorities.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge through continuous self-study and training.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT experience with a focus on the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript.
• Experience developing with AngularJS.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Service Portal.
• Practical experience implementing REST web services integrations.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple technical priorities simultaneously.

• Any Graduate degree.
