Description

You will lead technical development and provide guidance on the ServiceNow platform, owning feature configuration, development, and integration delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and develop features directly on the ServiceNow platform.
• Implement project requirements according to established schedules and priorities.
• Manage integrations with external systems using REST web services.
• Provide technical assistance and guidance to the development team.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge through continuous self-study and training.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT experience with a focus on the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript.
• Experience developing with AngularJS.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Service Portal.
• Practical experience implementing REST web services integrations.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple technical priorities simultaneously.
