Description

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions including forms, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, ACLs, notifications, and integrations. Customize and configure ServiceNow applications such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain ServiceNow integrations using APIs, REST/SOAP web services, and third-party connectors.
• Support ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and new module implementations.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Apply knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices to solution design.
• Utilize Agile development methodologies for delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and configuration.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog).
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, LDAP, SSO, MID Server, etc.).
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
• Proficiency in CI/CD practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Service Portal, UI Builder, or Flow Designer.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and reporting.
