Description

You will lead technical implementations and administration within the ServiceNow platform, owning the architecture and integrity of key modules.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) architecture and data integrity.
• Implement and maintain Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) workflows.
• Configure and support Human Resource Service Management (HRSD) modules.
• Administer Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and Application Portfolio Management (APM) tools.
• Oversee general platform administration and tool maintenance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
• Hands-on experience with Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• Direct experience implementing Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC).
• Proficiency in Human Resource Service Management (HRSD).
• Experience with Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and Application Portfolio Management (APM).
• Strong understanding of database management within ServiceNow environments.
• Any Graduate degree.
