Description

You will own the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and deployment of ServiceNow ITSM solutions.
• Translate business needs into technical ServiceNow solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and enforce ServiceNow platform governance and standards.
• Mentor and support junior team members on ServiceNow best practices.
• Manage and coordinate vendor implementations for ServiceNow.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM.
• Experience leading architectural design and deployment.
• Ability to translate business requirements to technical solutions.
• Knowledge of platform governance and standards enforcement.
• Experience mentoring junior development staff.
