Description

You will lead development and governance within the ServiceNow ecosystem, owning end-to-end solution delivery for legal, compliance, and GRCIRM architecture.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise-level integrations while ensuring security adherence.
• Configure and review ServiceNow workflows, scripts, and integrations hands-on.
• Drive enterprise GRCIRM architecture and client risk governance.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to achieve signoff.
• Govern ServiceNow module delivery and release cycles.

Required Skills

• 10+ years overall experience, including 8+ years on the ServiceNow platform.
• Expertise in ServiceNow Platform, ITSM, CSM, and HRSD.
• Ability to design and implement complex enterprise integrations.
• Experience with ServiceNow module governance (e.g., CSM, IRM, ITSM).
• Familiarity with ServiceNow architecture standards.
• Knowledge of AI Search, Now Assist, and advanced automation.
