Description

This role involves leading development and governance within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Govern end-to-end solution delivery for legal service and compliance.
  • Design enterprise-level integrations while ensuring security adherence.
  • Configure and review ServiceNow workflows, scripts, and integrations hands-on.
  • Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to achieve signoff.
  • Drive enterprise GRCIRM architecture and client risk governance.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years overall experience, including 8+ years on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow Platform, ITSM, CSM, and HRSD.
  • Ability to design and implement complex enterprise integrations.
  • Experience with ServiceNow module governance (e.g., CSM, IRM, ITSM).
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow architecture standards and release cycles.
  • Knowledge of AI Search, Now Assist, and advanced automation.
