Description

You will act as a senior technical lead focusing on ServiceNow platform architecture and integration.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• Implement and optimize IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes, specifically SAM and HAM.
• Deploy and oversee IT Operations Management (ITOM) workflows.
• Build and maintain various platform integrations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in ServiceNow development.
• Deep expertise in CMDB management.
• Hands-on experience with ITAM, including Software Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
• Proven experience with ITOM modules.
• Technical proficiency in executing platform integrations.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
