Description

You will lead the configuration, customization, and implementation of ServiceNow systems and modules.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize ServiceNow through workflows, UI actions, client scripts, and business rules.
• Build service request fulfillment workflows based on customer requirements and user stories.
• Automate processes and perform integrations using Orchestration, Web Services, and SOAP calls.
• Manage data loading, manipulation, and maintenance between ServiceNow and external systems.
• Create dashboards, home pages, and performance analytics reports for business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in a software development role.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementation and module configuration.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and AngularJS.
• Experience with authentication protocols including Active Directory, LDAP, or SiteMinder/Azure federation.
• Proven ability to integrate internal and external applications and systems.
• Experience with end-to-end project implementation lifecycles.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Science, or comparable technical experience.
