Description

You will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow enhancements and fixes while adhering to platform best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy enhancements following conceptual design documentation and architecture.
• Configure integrations using web services, REST, SOAP, Data Sources, LDAP servers, and import sets.
• Collaborate with IT and business groups to ensure deployed solutions meet all agreed criteria.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, working with the ServiceNow support team when necessary.
• Develop technical documentation and provide coaching to employees on effective platform utilization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator.
• 5+ years of experience with web services integration (REST/SOAP).
• Proficiency in Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
• Expertise in AJAX, Glide Scripting, JavaScript, and AngularJS.
• Experience with Widgets, Workflow, Catalog Development, and UI Pages.
• Hands-on knowledge of UI Scripts, UI Actions, Inbound Actions, and Notifications.
• Experience with Flow Designer and Script Actions.
• Ability to manage ServiceNow upgrades and create Automated Test Framework (ATF) suites.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Employee Center, Integration Hub, Virtual Agent, ITSM, CMDB, ITAM, APM, SIR, ITOM, or IRM applications.
