Description

You will design, develop, and configure ServiceNow modules, applications, and third-party integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new modules and applications, ensuring alignment with out-of-the-box functionality.
• Configure integrations using web services, REST, SOAP, LDAP servers, and import sets.
• Capture business requirements through user stories, use cases, and process flowcharts.
• Create technical documentation and provide coaching on platform utilization.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience with ServiceNow development tools: Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts.
• Proficiency in Glide Scripting, JavaScript, and AJAX.
• Hands-on experience with UI Policies, UI Pages, UI Scripts, and UI Actions.
• Development experience with Angular JS and ServiceNow Widgets.
• Knowledge of Catalog Development, Inbound Actions, and Notifications.
• Ability to work with Workflow, Flow Designer, and Script Actions.
• Experience managing REST and SOAP APIs.
