You will develop and deliver solutions leveraging the ServiceNow platform and its generative AI capabilities.
Responsibilities
Develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements using Gen AI features like NLU, conversational AI, and machine learning.
Write clean, maintainable code and perform code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
Design and implement system/process automation using Orchestration and Flow Designer.
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve escalated L3 technical issues.
Document technical configurations, designs, and application code.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and implement business requirements.
Required Skills
10+ years of experience developing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
2-3 years of hands-on experience using ServiceNow Gen AI features and capabilities.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Experience with core modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HR, CSM, SecOps, and GRC.
Experience developing conversational AI via ServiceNow Virtual Agent, Chatbot, and NLU.
Experience with ServiceNow Predictive Intelligence, Performance Analytics, and Reporting.
Practical knowledge of integrating ServiceNow with external platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Salesforce, or SAP.
Understanding of the ITIL framework and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
