Description

You will develop and deliver solutions leveraging the ServiceNow platform and its generative AI capabilities.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform using Gen AI features like NLU, conversational AI, and machine learning.
• Design and implement system/process automation using Orchestration and Flow Designer.
• Write clean, maintainable code and perform code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve escalated L3 technical issues.
• Document technical configurations, designs, and application code while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience developing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience using ServiceNow Gen AI features and capabilities.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience with core modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HR, CSM, SecOps, and GRC.
• Experience developing conversational AI via ServiceNow Virtual Agent, Chatbot, and NLU.
• Experience with ServiceNow Predictive Intelligence, Performance Analytics, and Reporting.
• Practical knowledge of integrating ServiceNow with external platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Salesforce, or SAP.
• Understanding of the ITIL framework and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.
