Responsibilities

• Design and implement CMDB, ITAM, and ITOM solutions.
• Manage complex integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
• Oversee SAM and HAM workflows to ensure efficient asset management.
• Apply ITIL frameworks to standardise service management processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in ServiceNow development.
• Deep expertise in CMDB, ITAM (SAM and HAM), and ITOM.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Java.
• Experience with XML and platform integrations.
• Solid understanding of the ITIL framework.
• Degree in any graduate field.
