Description

You will lead the ServiceNow platform and manage experienced IT professionals to deliver technical solutions and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Direct project activities to ensure completion within financial, schedule, scope, and quality objectives.
• Manage business applications and technologies to maintain performance, security, and functionality enhancements.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies, alternative solutions, and critical paths in collaboration with project managers.
• Lead the implementation of changes to improve customer satisfaction and operational support.
• Develop ROI-based business cases for enhancements and small projects with stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT management or related functions.
• Expert knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.
• Proven ability to manage IT teams, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Experience managing department activities, including costs, methods, and staffing.
• Ability to develop and integrate metrics that demonstrate IT value to the business.
• Strong technical leadership skills to advise subordinates on schedules and technical problem resolution.
• Experience interacting professionally across all organizational levels.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) certification.
• Experience working alongside Project Managers.
