Description

You will design, configure, and integrate ServiceNow HRSD, Portal, and ITSM solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards.

Responsibilities

• Customize ServiceNow applications, including UI configuration, workflows, work orders, and inventory management.
• Develop and maintain bi-directional integrations using REST/SOAP web services and mid servers.
• Configure and validate Service Maps, Impact Assessment Rules, and Event Management workflows.
• Lead user acceptance testing, promote update sets across environments, and remediate production incidents.
• Collaborate with technical SMEs to document operational SOPs and ensure consistent technical patterns.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of ServiceNow implementation, administration, or development experience.
• Deep expertise in HRSD, ITSM, Service Catalog, and Portal capabilities.
• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Builder, Scripted REST APIs, and Script Includes.
• Experience with ServiceNow CMDB processes and data extraction technologies (JDBC/ODBC or ETL).
• Proven ability to create technical design documents and user documentation.
• Ability to interface with end-users and stakeholders to gather and translate system requirements.
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent demonstrated experience.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
