Description

You will develop and customize ServiceNow CSM and FSM solutions to meet business requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather system requirements by interfacing with end-users, IT teams, and stakeholders.
• Customize ServiceNow applications, including Application UI, Workflows, work orders, transfer orders, inventory, and technician locations.
• Configure integrations between ServiceNow and external applications using REST/SOAP web services.
• Promote update sets and data across ServiceNow environments and remediate production incidents.
• Maintain operational documentation and SOPs to reduce support risk.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation, administration, configuration, or development.
• Hands-on experience with CSM and FSM processes.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Builder, Scripted REST APIs, and Script Includes.
• Experience with Web Services Integration using SOAP and REST.
• Knowledge of data extraction technologies including JDBC, ODBC, and ETL integrations.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations using Mid Servers and cloud-to-cloud methods.
• Deep understanding of the ServiceNow CMDB and related processes.
• Proven ability to implement ITSM, Service Catalog, and Workflows.
• Ability to create technical design documents and user documentation.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
