Description

Own the end-to-end design, operation, and maintenance of ServiceNow products within a Product Model environment. Lead the implementation of Legal Service Delivery while managing platform upgrades and update sets.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and lead the implementation of Legal Service Delivery.
• Develop, test, and debug ServiceNow software across Portal and Platform elements.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, engineering designs, and form layouts.
• Manage platform upgrades, update sets, and service management disciplines to minimize business impact.
• Direct the work of technicians and analysts while mentoring less experienced team members.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Jelly Scripting and JavaScript.
• Proficiency with HTML, XML, AJAX, and JSON.
• Experience with AngularJS and web UI technologies including CSS.
• Proven track record with ServiceNow platform upgrades and portal management.
• Direct experience implementing Legal Service Delivery.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
• Ability to document and maintain global ITIL standards and processes.
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and maintaining secure environments.
• Any graduate degree.
