Description

You will lead hands-on development and platform engineering within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize the platform using client scripts, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, and script includes.
• Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems via REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
• Configure Service Portal elements, including widgets, UI pages, and catalog items.
• Manage out-of-the-box functionality, performing necessary enhancements, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Create technical documentation covering design specifications, test plans, and user guides.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience in technical development.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• ServiceNow Certified System Developer (CSD) certification.
• Expertise in Script Includes, Formatters, and Scheduled Jobs.
• Proficiency with Service Catalog, Catalog Items, Record Producers, and Order Guides.
• Experience configuring Service Portal, UI Pages, and Workspaces.
• Hands-on experience with REST, SOAP, Scripted REST APIs, and REST Messages.

Preferred Skills

• Practical knowledge of Flow Designer, Integration Hub spokes, and MID Servers.
• Understanding of Shopping Hub and Source to Pay common architecture modules.
