Description

You will maintain and scale a large enterprise ServiceNow platform while automating operations and ensuring system reliability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and tune observability platforms to streamline alerting and proactive issue identification.
• Automate manual activities as new platform features are released.
• Maintain functional test suites to ensure completeness and execution speed.
• Expand performance and load testing capabilities to simulate production use.
• Perform root cause analysis and manage actionable follow-ups, metrics, and SLAs/SLOs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with Linux.
• 5+ years of scripting experience in Python, Shell, Bash, or Ksh.
• 3+ years of software development experience using Java on Linux.
• Extensive experience customizing automation scripts, specifically with Ansible.
• Experience with DevOps CI/CD tools including Git and Jenkins.
• Proficiency with API, web services, and microservices development.
• Strong architecture, design, and algorithmic problem-solving skills.
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
• Experience with Oracle or MongoDB.
• Java Spring Framework development experience.
