Description

You will manage Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and integrate event management within ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage SLOs for business applications.
• Onboard events and alerts into ServiceNow and maintain the Fortuna SLO repository.
• Ensure Configuration Item (CI) owners follow IT standards and remediate identified gaps.
• Collaborate with SRE, Event Management, Incident Management, and CMDB processes to improve SLO efficacy.
• Train customers on SLO creation and exception processes while resolving blockers.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of professional experience in SRE or Availability Management.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow for Event and Alert Management.
• Strong understanding of SLO creation and management.
• Hands-on experience with CMDB processes.
• Experience working within Incident Management frameworks.
• Ability to manage and integrate event management workflows.
• Degree in any field of study.
