Description

You will lead the architecture and implementation of ServiceNow automation across all modules.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end solutions across all ServiceNow modules.
• Implement ServiceNow automation to streamline workflows.
• Develop complex scripting and orchestration logic.
• Manage integrations between ServiceNow and external tools.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience architecting ServiceNow modules.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow scripting.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow Orchestration.
• Hands-on experience building ServiceNow integrations.
• Direct experience implementing ServiceNow automation.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, or CSM modules.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow.
