Description

Act as the subject matter expert for the ServiceNow platform in a multi-tier enterprise production environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement APM, SPM, and TPM modules within ServiceNow.
• Configure ITBM settings, including CI relationships for Business Capabilities, Information Objects, Business Applications, and Application Services.
• Build custom reports and dashboards across various ServiceNow modules.
• Script automated processes to streamline platform functionality.
• Manage application phases and business functions through deep technical configuration.

Required Skills

• 10-12 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform in enterprise-wide environments.
• Hands-on implementation experience with APM, SPM, and TPM.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow Reporting, including custom dashboards.
• Experience with Service Mapping, SAM, and APM implementations.
• Knowledge of Discovery and Service Mapping.
• Ability to script automated processes.
• ServiceNow Administration certification.
• ServiceNow APM Implementation Specialist certification.
