Description

Lead the implementation, customization, and maintenance of ServiceNow modules in a multi-tenant environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement and customize ServiceNow modules including ITSM, Integration, Orchestration, and Service Portal.
• Configure workflows, service catalogs, record producers, CMDB, and event management.
• Design and implement dashboards for Incident Management, Service Catalog, ITSM, and Asset Management.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs and Flow Designer.
• Manage instance cloning and execute pre- and post-upgrade activities.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and customization.
• Advanced knowledge of ITOM, CMDB, ITSM, Discovery, and Service Catalog.
• Proficiency in client-side and server-side scripting.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and workflow design.
• Experience with ServiceNow Service Portal and Orchestration.
• Proven ability to manage complex system integrations and multi-tenant environments.
• Expertise in instance cloning and system upgrade processes.
• Perform root cause analysis, code reviews, and defect resolution to ensure system performance.

Preferred Skills

• Configure SLA, SLO, and OLA to monitor service delivery.
• Any Graduate degree.
