Description

You own the technical solutioning and implementation within the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solutions using ServiceNow to meet business needs while maximizing out-of-the-box functionality.
• Develop technical architecture addressing scalability, performance, and security needs.
• Define and manage integrations with external systems using APIs, REST, and SOAP.
• Optimize ServiceNow application performance and implement security best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, enforcing ServiceNow industry best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow solution design and configuration.
• Proficiency in developing technical architecture for enterprise systems.
• Experience designing data models within ServiceNow CMDB and base tables.
• Ability to gather and analyze complex business requirements from stakeholders.
• Experience maintaining comprehensive technical documentation for implemented solutions.
• Expertise in defining and managing integrations using APIs, REST, and SOAP.

• Any Graduate degree.
