Description

You will design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure ServiceNow modules including ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change Management), ITOM, and HRSD.
• Develop integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Build and maintain Service Catalog items, workflows, Flow Designer flows, and automation logic.
• Customize forms, lists, views, dashboards, and reports while ensuring platform upgrade compatibility.
• Participate in the full implementation lifecycle, from requirement gathering to testing and deployment.
• Perform production issue resolution, root cause analysis, and performance tuning.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and the ServiceNow scripting framework.
• Experience with ITSM implementations in enterprise environments.
• Working knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, and integrations.
• Technical expertise with REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server.
• Experience managing ServiceNow update sets and scoped applications.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS – ITSM).
• Experience with SIAM, custom apps, or performance analytics.
• Exposure to Retail or large-scale enterprise accounts.
