Description

You will architect and build ServiceNow applications across the full software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ServiceNow delivered and custom applications through all SDLC phases.
• Guide definition, design, and construction of processes supporting ServiceNow platform requirements.
• Lead team members on ServiceNow projects, including task timing, execution, testing, and post-implementation support.
• Analyze user requirements by gathering information, interviewing stakeholders, documenting current systems, and creating detailed Agile User Stories.

Required Skills

• 84+ months of experience providing top-tier guidance or extensive industry expertise in ServiceNow.
• 84 months experience in developing, implementing, and delivering applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• 36 months experience building custom ServiceNow applications using App Engine Studio, UI Builder, Form Builder, and/or ServiceNow Studio IDE.
• 84 months experience leading technical design and implementation of ServiceNow projects, focusing on scalability and performance.
• 48 months experience gathering user requirements via information sessions, interviews, and documenting future state needs.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow Platform.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer Certification.
