You will manage software assets, compliance, and license optimization using the ServiceNow platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage software assets and ensure compliance using ServiceNow.
• Generate reports and insights for management regarding software utilization.
• Optimize license costs and manage entitlement packs using ServiceNow SAM.
• Develop scripts and automation within the ServiceNow environment.
• Maintain data accuracy within the Software Asset Management module.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT Asset Management.
• Deep expertise in the ServiceNow SAM module.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow ITAM capabilities.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation within ServiceNow.
• Experience with license cost optimization and entitlement packs.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Foundational understanding of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
