Description

You will lead technical decisions and application development within the ServiceNow Software Asset Management ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow applications based on specific business requirements.
• Configure and implement solutions using ServiceNow Software Asset Management.
• Lead the team in technical decision-making and cross-team collaboration.
• Gather and analyze business needs through direct stakeholder engagement.
• Create technical specifications and design documentation for implementation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM).
• Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
• Experience with ServiceNow Custom Application Creation.
• Experience with ServiceNow Human Resource Service Management (HR).
• Strong understanding of IT asset management principles and best practices.
• Knowledge of software licensing and compliance.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks.
• Any Graduate degree with a minimum of 15 years of full-time education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IT Asset Management (ITA) tools.
