Description

You will own the ServiceNow SAM Professional modules, ensuring accurate license tracking, compliance, and reporting during organizational transitions.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize ServiceNow SAM modules for license tracking and compliance.
• Maintain comprehensive records of software contracts, licenses, and entitlements.
• Automate workflows and dashboards to support divestiture-related software asset activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clone divestiture data to a new ServiceNow tenant.
• Generate detailed reports on compliance and usage, presenting recommendations to leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Software Asset Management.
• Strong ServiceNow SAM Professional expertise.
• Deep understanding of software licensing models (Microsoft, Oracle, SAP).
• Experience supporting M&A or divestiture projects.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow SAM Professional certification.
• ITIL or IAITAM SAM certification.
