Description

Lead ServiceNow implementation projects as a senior technical consultant, guiding teams and customers through complex technical landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of software engineers to drive successful implementations across various product lines.
• Build technical solutions through UI/workflow configuration, reporting, system integrations, and scripting.
• Craft and groom user stories based on customer requirements during project workshops.
• Manage key milestones for unit testing, integrated testing, go-live readiness, and hypercare.
• Guide project teams and customers on ServiceNow best practices to act as a trusted advisor.

Required Skills

• Minimum of five years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience.
• Expertise in ServiceNow modules including ITBM, CMDB, ITOM, CSM, and FSO.
• Strong technical skills in UI/workflow configuration and system integrations.
• Experience leading technical teams and managing customer-facing requirements.
• Ability to manage user acceptance testing (UAT) and customer show-me sessions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven ability to work through ambiguity and pivot based on project demands.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
