Good to Have Skills: ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting, UI Builder, Service Portal, Workspace configuration, DevOps, CI/CD, ATF (Automated Test Framework), cloud platforms, ITIL processes, global enterprise environments experience. ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), and module-specific certifications (CSM, ITSM, MCO etc.) are preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions using industry best practices
• Customize ServiceNow applications using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Flow Designer
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, APO, MCO, Finance Management, and Employee Centre
• Build and support integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub technologies
• Create and manage workflows, FlowDesigner and ETL, Integration Hub, DataFabric/Zero Copy Connectors, and transformation processes
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of platform issues to ensure optimal performance
• Support platform upgrades, patches, and releases to maintain system functionality and security
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
• Follow SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and change management processes to ensure project delivery excellence
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles for future reference and team collaboration

Experience Required: 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience with strong experience in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs and integrations. In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and experience with Source-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash lifecycle processes is required.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
