You will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions using industry best practices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Customize ServiceNow applications using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.
• Build and maintain modules including ITSM, CSM, APO, MCO, Finance Management, and Employee Centre.
• Create and support integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub technologies.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal platform performance.
• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to gather requirements and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Experience building integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Deep knowledge of ITSM, CSM, APO, MCO, and Finance Management modules.
• Experience with Source-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash lifecycle processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics, UI Builder, Service Portal, and Workspace configuration.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, ATF (Automated Test Framework), and cloud platforms.
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, or module-specific certifications (CSM, ITSM, MCO).
