Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions using industry best practices and standards.
• Customize ServiceNow applications using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CSM, APO, MCO, Finance Management, and Employee Centre.
• Build and support integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub technologies.
• Create and manage Service Catalog items, workflows, FlowDesigner, ETL, Integration Hub, and DataFabric connectors.
• Perform comprehensive unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of platform issues and configurations.
• Support platform upgrades, patches, and releases to ensure system stability and performance.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Follow SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and change management processes for project delivery.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and knowledge articles for team reference and training.

Experience Required: 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience with strong expertise in platform architecture and implementation.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience with minimum 7+ years of ServiceNow experience
