Description

You will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, owning the full lifecycle from requirement analysis to deployment. You will customize core modules including ITSM, CSM, MCO, and Finance Management while building and maintaining integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub. You are responsible for writing efficient Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes, as well as configuring Flow Designer for process automation. You will perform unit testing, debug platform issues, and support system upgrades to ensure stability and performance. Additionally, you will document technical designs and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into platform configurations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CSM, MCO, and Finance Management modules.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
• Write and optimize Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes.
• Configure Flow Designer, Service Catalog workflows, and ETL/DataFabric connectors.
• Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and support platform upgrades and releases.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Expertise in ITSM, CSM, MCO, and Finance Management modules.
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration technologies.
• Proficiency in Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes.
• Familiarity with Flow Designer and Service Catalog configuration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with APO, Employee Centre, and ITOM/HRSD modules.
• Knowledge of Security best practices, ACLs, and Performance Analytics.
• ServiceNow CSA/CAD certifications and DevOps/CI/CD familiarity.
