Description

You will design, develop, and optimize ServiceNow application software to automate and audit business processes, with a focus on ITOM and ITAM modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow instance enhancements and custom application software.
• Create and maintain custom patterns, probes, and sensors for ServiceNow Discovery.
• Manage platform upgrade planning, testing, and validation.
• Act as Level 3 escalation for the Service Desk, triaging incidents and evaluating requests.
• Document system and application architectures while working via User Stories in Agile/Kanban ceremonies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow engineering.
• Expertise in ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB configuration.
• Deep understanding of CMDB structure and data relationships.
• Proficiency with network protocols including SNMP, WMI, and SSH.
• Experience aligning discovery data with IT service management processes.
• Strong knowledge of the application development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, quality assurance, and version control.
• Experience working within Agile and Kanban frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL v4+ certification.
• ServiceNow CIS – SPM or ServiceNow Now Mobile.
