Description

You build, implement, and maintain ServiceNow modules, including complex workflows, catalog items, and integrations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis and refine system requirements and designs for ServiceNow deliverables.
• Build complex ServiceNow workflows and catalog items.
• Ensure adherence to information security and assurance policies during ServiceNow Update Set promotion.
• Support complex integrations to and from ServiceNow platforms.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency with JavaScript and HTML.
• Experience creating, promoting, and testing ServiceNow update sets and workflows across environments.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules: ITSM (Incident, Change, Problem, Asset, Release, Discovery), CSM, ITOM, ITBM, SAM, SecOps, and Knowledge Management.
• Familiarity with Service Portal, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Analytics.
• Experience integrating with SAP and VeraSmart.
• Experience utilizing inbound/outbound APIs.
