Description

You will design and implement ServiceNow technology solutions to transform business requirements into functional features.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure catalog items, workflows, and custom Service Portal pages and widgets.
• Design feature solutions and high-level technical designs in collaboration with architects.
• Execute functional testing and develop test scripts for ServiceNow upgrades and releases.
• Resolve production incidents and provide release management support.
• Automate processes to drive optimization within an agile framework.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow platform development experience.
• 2+ years of experience with Case Management, Employee Service Center Portal, HRSD, and Virtual Agent modules.
• 2+ years of experience with JavaScript or AngularJS.
• Hands-on experience with Service Portal framework, widgets, and pages.
• Proficiency with Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
• Experience with Script actions/events, Import sets, and Export sets.
• Knowledge of Asynchronous transformation, Scripted REST, and Automated Test Framework.
• 1+ years of experience working within an Agile development framework.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
