Description

You will lead the planning, design, development, and testing of software solutions for business problems using data processing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and document software with logical solutions to business problems.
• Apply development life cycle standards, processes, and tools to all work.
• Debug and correct program errors while analyzing system capabilities.
• Develop and maintain documentation for all program development.
• Ensure all developed software meets required standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration, customization, and development.
• Expertise in ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer.
• Experience with ServiceNow configuration (tables, fields, forms).
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs.
• Knowledge of ITSM, CMDB, workflows/flows, and custom app development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with custom app development in ServiceNow.
