Design and deliver AI-powered ServiceNow solutions, integrating Agentic AI to shape enterprise architectures.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions that combine Agentic AI with enterprise automation.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications aligned with platform standards.
• Guide engineering teams through implementation best practices and platform integration.
• Mentor staff on next-generation ServiceNow capabilities and drive delivery excellence.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, specifically within ServiceNow.
• Deep understanding of Agentic AI, Enterprise Workflows, and Automation.
• Proven ability in Platform Integration and Technical Leadership.
• Strong Stakeholder Management skills to collaborate with engineering and business users.
• Experience designing large-scale transformation programs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading AI-first environments in enterprise settings.
