Description

Design and develop enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules and integration points.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions spanning ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, and SecOps.
• Architect integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST, SOAP, LDAP, SSO, and Integration Hub.
• Manage and optimize the Common Service Data Model (CSDM), CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Develop custom applications and automate workflows using Flow Designer and ServiceNow scripting.
• Optimize platform performance for large-scale enterprise implementations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow design and development.
• Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, and SecOps modules.
• Advanced JavaScript skills including Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Client Scripts.
• Deep knowledge of Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping.
• Experience with MID Server and modern integration strategies via APIs and Microservices.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow security, access controls, and data privacy.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture, cloud computing, and SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, Agile, and ITIL methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CIS (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, or GRC), CAD, or CTA.
• ITIL v4 Certification.
