Description

You will lead the technical architecture and solutioning for ServiceNow projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and governance.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce architectural standards, governance policies, and development best practices for the ServiceNow platform.
• Design and implement complex ServiceNow solutions, primarily within ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, CMDB, Knowledge Management).
• Lead the strategic design, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow Now Assist features, including intelligent summarization, routing, and conversational AI.
• Architect secure solutions ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA) and internal policies, managing roles, groups, and ACLs.
• Optimize data models, integrations (REST/SOAP, MID Servers, IntegrationHub), and CMDB/CSDM for data integrity and performance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and development.
• Deep expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and CSM modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and ACLs.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud environments.
• Ability to design robust integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong understanding of Agentic AI principles and Gen AI deployment within ServiceNow.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python for automation or data processing.
• Proven track record of mentoring development teams and leading technical workshops.
• Familiarity with predictive analytics and root cause analysis in ITSM processes.
